Delivery Policy

All items are dispatched by first class delivery within 48 hours of placing the order.

Cost of postage:

£1.00 per DVD

Refunds, Replacements and Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled by telephone or email within 7 days of placing the order. Email orders@archivefilmshop.co.uk marking “Cancelled Order” in the subject line, and providing your full name and address. Cancelled orders will be fully refunded.

Replacements: If your DVD is faulty, please return it to us for inspection with a copy of your name and address. We will offer a full refund or a replacement copy.

Refunds: We are confident you will enjoy our documentary. If you are not satisfied with it for any reason, please return your copy in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it. Include your name, address and proof of purchase. A full refund of the purchase price will be made to you.

We cannot accept returns that are:

(1) Outside of the 14 day period
(2) Damaged as a result of negligence by the customer.
(3) Not accompanied by proof or purchase.


Currency of Transactions Accepted

We accept US Dollars, Pound Sterling and Euros. (Prices are in Pound Sterling. Dollar prices are for your guidance only and may be subject to fluctuation)

If paying by cheque, we will only accept Pound Sterling.

Export Restrictions

DVD format available worldwide.
(Territories outside the UK and USA may require a multi-region DVD player)


Age Restrictions

This documentary contains moderate scenes of violence and warfare which some may find distressing.


Classification

Exempt from classification under the Video Recordings Act 1984.


Data Policy

We will not pass your information to any third party. We may from time to time contact you by post or e-mail with news and offers of similar products.
